Customer Pain Points & Apex Solutions

Pain — Alternating Between Wet and Dry Is Too Cumbersome
The food workshop first mops with water then vacuums — two machines needed. Workers push the vacuum to collect dust, then switch to a water extractor. Equipment changes 3 times a day. Too many devices, too much space, too slow — a 500m² workshop takes 4 hours to clean.
Apex answers this in the Core Advantages above.

Pain — Standing Water Can't Be Removed in Time
After rain, 200m² of underground parking is flooded. Standard vacuums can't suck water, so 2 workers mop for 3 hours. During that time, 3 cars skidded and one e-bike fell over — ¥5,000 in compensation.
Apex answers this in the Core Advantages above.

Pain — Oil-Water Mixtures Are a Nightmare
In the machine shop, cutting fluid spills on the floor mixed with metal chips. Standard vacuums can't handle liquids; water extractors can't handle chips. Workers shovel chips first, then mop oil-water — 3 people, 2 hours.
Apex answers this in the Core Advantages above.

Pain — Post-wash standing water causes slips
Weekly high-pressure wash leaves undrained water; slip accidents multiply and medical plus injury-compensation costs keep rising.
Apex answers this in the Core Advantages above.

Pain — Separate wet/dry units waste space and effort
Dry powder needs a vacuum, standing water needs a wet vac — two bulky units. Crews take the easy one and leave the other idle.
Apex answers this in the Core Advantages above.

Pain — Illegal oily wastewater discharge invites penalties
Dumping oil-water mix drew a report; treated as hazardous waste it's a $14k fine plus licensed hauling — double the cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to stop the machine to switch between wet and dry mode?

No shutdown needed. One valve button, 3 seconds to complete the wet/dry mode switch. In dry mode, the dry filter captures dust; in wet mode, the system automatically bypasses the filter to directly suck liquids.

What liquids can it handle?

Clean water, wastewater, cutting fluid, oil-water mixtures, blood water, and other non-corrosive liquids. Not suitable for strong acids/bases (pH<4 or pH>10) or organic solvents (e.g., acetone, gasoline).

What maintenance is needed after wet use?

After wet use, empty the wastewater tank, rinse the tank interior and water squeegee with clean water, and air-dry before storage. The wet-use filter does not need replacement — rinse with clean water and reuse.

What does 3600W dual motor mean?

Two 1800W motors operating independently. In dry mode, both motors drive simultaneously for maximum suction; in wet mode, one motor operates to extend service life. The dual motor design also means if one motor fails, the other can still operate.
