Will 280bar pressure damage equipment surfaces?
Safe for steel surfaces. 280bar can remove rust layers and concrete residue without damaging the steel base metal. Not recommended for aluminum, plastic, rubber, or other soft materials — maintain 30cm+ distance for these.
How thick of concrete can it remove?
3-5cm thick set concrete can be shattered and removed at 280bar pressure. For thicknesses exceeding 5cm, it's recommended to first mechanically rough-break, then use high-pressure water for fine cleaning. The rotary nozzle delivers stronger impact force than the fan nozzle.
Does the triplex ceramic plunger pump need frequent oil changes?
First oil change at 50 hours, then every 500 hours or every 6 months. Use ISO VG68 dedicated pump oil, approximately 0.8L per change. With proper maintenance, pump service life exceeds 3,000 hours.
Can it be used with hot water?
